An intense full-bodied Cabernet with cassis, cedar, sweet spice, liquorice and hints of fynbos. The palate is inviting and well balanced with a firm tannin structure, good acidity and a lingering finish.

A great accompaniment to sirloin, grilled ribeye steak, or slow cooked lamb shanks or any hearty stew dish.
