Very deep ruby; gorgeous aroma of smoky, mocha-choc Shiraz with touches of lavender, black & white pepper. Dense, but still manages elegance, flavours in harmony with nose, ultra-long finish. Regal wine.
FOOD PAIRING:
Pot-roast topside studded with bacon, or venison casserole in red wine, or slow-simmered oxtail with buttery dumplings.
