PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Steenhuis Shiraz 2019 is a very deep ruby colour showing gorgeous aromas of smoky, mocha-choc Shiraz / Syrah with touches of lavender and black and white pepper. Dense, but still manages elegance, with flavours that are in harmony with nose and an ultra-long finish. A regal red wine.
FOOD PAIRING:
Pot-roast topside studded with bacon, or venison casserole in red wine, or slow-simmered oxtail with buttery dumplings.
