Mid straw; oak has subdued the nettles, capers and fynbos, but luckily not entirely. Dry & full-bodied; oak-smoothed green peas and green figs in nice rounded build with crisp acid. Look for dill-tinged finish.
Smoked salmon piled on rye, or fresh tuna sashimi or California roll sushi, or a fragrant Thai green curry with basmati rice.
