Guardian Peak is named after the towering peak on Stellenbosch Mountain. It was founded in 1998 by Jean Engelbrecht, who combined his knowledge of international wine markets with his experience at his family wine estate in Stellenbosch to create a range of everyday-drinking, fresh and approachable wines. The Guardian Peak Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a classically styled Sauvignon Blanc with bold aromas of cut grass, passion fruit, guava and kiwi. Crisp and light bodied on the palate, with prominent tropical fruit following though from the nose. Vibrant fruit balances well with the lively acidity, finishing with notes of flint and lime.
