The Sentinel Reserve Shiraz / Syrah 2021 is a red wine produced in the Darling wine region. Vanilla and spicy notes of black pepper and cedar are layered atop black cherry and chocolate. The palate shows fresh plum and violets and finishes with a well-rounded velvety tannin.
