PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Saxenburg is a family-owned winery based in Stellenbosch. The Saxenburg Private Collection Shiraz / Syrah 2009 has a ruby hue with initial notes of bacon kip and spice which blow off to reveal mulberries, plums and liquorice. Mature and ripe tannins dominate the palate that is well-rounded and structured.

Ribs, spicy sausages and smoked brisket.
