Saxenburg is a family-owned winery based in Stellenbosch. The Saxenburg Select Shiraz 2005 is a vintage not to be missed! This Shiraz / Syrah has a beautifully vibrant garnet colour. On the nose are nuanced cassis, vanilla, violet blossoms and spice notes of cumin and cloves. The balance on the palate is striking with a calm acidity and lingering finish.
