Saxenburg is a family-owned winery based in Stellenbosch. The Saxenburg Private Collection Chardonnay 2022 has alluring tropical fruit on the fore with notes of pawpaw, mango, and apricot roll complimented by citrus notes of lemon, lime and pineapple. The undertones display a bit of shortbread and biscotti. This white wine has a smooth entry on the palate with zesty acidity and a balanced coating mouth feel.
