Saxenburg is a family-owned winery based in Stellenbosch. The Saxenburg Private Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2024 displays floral aromas of elderflower and pear blossoms, accompanied by tropical notes of passion fruit, ripe figs and guava which knit the bouquet together. Subtle undertones of spicy peach and a refreshing saline minerality, influenced by the cool sea breezes, add depth and intrigue. On the palate, a silky texture coats the palate, and a lively acidity imparts a satisfying length to this white wine.
