PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Waterkloof Wines was purchased by UK wine merchant Paul Boutinot in 2003. It is a dramatically modern winery perched on the top of a hill (the Schapenberg) on the outer fringes of Stellenbosch and on the boundary of the Helderberg, looking out to False Bay. The Revenant Wild Ferment Syrah / Shiraz 2023 is a full-bodied red wine made by False Bay Vineyards, with wild yeast fermentation and minimal intervention. The wine is part of the ‘Lekker Labels’ range, reflecting its natural, unpretentious style. It has a spicy, warming profile with flavours of dark berries and plum.
