Pulpit Rock owned by the Brink Family is one of Riebeek Valleys acclaimed wineries. Grapes are received from the two farms owned by the family, De Gift and Panorama. The family has been farming these lands for more than five decades. The Pulpit Rock Louisa Cape Red Blend 2019 is a red wine blend of Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz / Syrah. It showcases a deep red colour with very intense dark fruit reflections. Aromas of red berries, mocha and cherry tobacco come to mind and the palate shows firm, ripe tannins with an elegant finish. Most enjoyable with traditional venison dishes, Carpaccio, or matured cheese.
