Oak Valley lies in the heart of the Elgin Valley, renowned for its apples and pears, its greenhouse cut flowers, and for the production of its outstanding cool climate red and white wines. The nose of the Oak Valley Groenlandberg Chardonnay 2021 is led by freshly picked apricot, lime zest, oyster shell and almond flakes. The palate is concentrated and textured with plenty of crunchy yellow peach and tart grapefruit. This white wine ends long and saline, showing a long life ahead.
