Neil Ellis wines have been made from grapes sourced from the Stellenbosch district since 1984. The vision being to make distinctive refined wines that are expressive of their terrain and rank amongst South Africa’s finest. The Neil Ellis Whitehall Elgin Chardonnay 2021 boasts an attractive bouquet offering aromas of citrus, acacia blossoms and flinty mineral aromatics. The tightly structured palate and bouquet blend into a subtle harmony. This white wine combines grace with a well-defined character and a remarkable concentration and balance. The grapes for this premium Chardonnay are sourced close to the Whitehall farm from where Neil produced the first certified wine from Elgin.
