Driven by a desire to make individual, superb quality wines with exceptional character, The Drift wines are carefully crafted by winemaker Bruce Jack using only grapes grown on the Overberg Highland's farm. The Mary Le Bow 2021 is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Shiraz. A warm rich deep ruby red in glass with a watery edge. Beautiful complex nose of blackcurrant, persimmon, cassis, mulberry fruits, buchu and juniper, which follow through to the palate. Layer upon layer of flavour reveals rich mulberry, cassis and mocha flavours.
