For batch 20 (doesn’t time fly?!), the Boutique-y bunch has bottled by a brilliant 28 year old whisky from the distillery in Speyside. The giant on the label is still marvelling at Macallan’s curiously small stills. How do stills so small make whisky with such a big flavour profile? It’s one of life’s mysteries, along with what the little plastic table thing you used to find in pizza boxes was all about and why you don’t see them very much anymore.

Batch 20 is a release of 465 bottles.
