Knorhoek Wine Estate, situated in the world-famous Cape Winelands region of Stellenbosch, produces three wines, namely Method Cap Classique, Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Knorhoek Chenin Blanc 2021 offers beautiful citrus characters on the nose. The palate shows harmonious weight, with white pear and the citrus fruit following on from the nose to the palate, with hints of almond. Subtle and supportive oak. This white wine has a fine mid-palate, pithy texture and vibrant fresh acids.
