PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Waterkloof Wines was purchased by UK wine merchant Paul Boutinot in 2003. It is a dramatically modern winery perched on the top of a hill (the Schapenberg) on the outer fringes of Stellenbosch and on the boundary of the Helderberg, looking out to False Bay. The Revenant Wild Ferment Chenin Blanc 2024 is a complex Chenin Blanc that can be described as fresh, soft and elegant. The nose is welcoming with prominent hints of stone fruits such as white pears and apricots with hints of honey also evident. The taste is round and smooth, finishing with slight acidity that results in a white wine with beautiful structure and length.
