Kilchoman STR Small Batch 750ml
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Launched in 2023, a limited release small batch from the Kilchoman distillery on Islay. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon (75%), STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine (20%) casks, and ex-Oloroso sherry (5%). 2,520 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48.7%. (Bottle size 750ml).
