The Ernst Gouws & Co Pinot Noir 2022 has a translucent ruby colour which is typical of the variety. Subtle aromas of fresh raspberries, cherries and tilled earth combine with a hint of baking spice. The palate is elegant, with a delicate and silky tannin structure. The delicate nature of this red wine is a perfect match for smoked trout or salmon. Pinot Noir pairs well with charcuterie, ham and other cold meats served with patés and terrines.
