The Ernie Els Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon Rose 2025 is a pink wine blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Cinsault. This salmon-hued wine offers inviting scents of forest berries, sour cherries and cranberries which float on an undertow of melon, summer strawberries and nectarine. Generosity of fruit deepens on the palate along a spine of river-pebble minerality and energising lemon-toned acidity.
