PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The Sperling family have been making internationally acclaimed wines of character for over 8 decades on their farm, Delheim Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. The farm is one of the Cape’s most beloved wineries thanks to the premier terroir that shines through its excellent wines. The Delheim Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is bright ruby in colour with a nose showing juicy red and blackberries, warm spice and pepper notes. On the palate you will find a velvety mouthfeel with a medium bodied structure showing red cherries, blackberries and black pepper with a slight savoury undertone. The fruit intensity of this red wine lingers on the finish supported by fine tannin.
