Mid straw; inviting aromas of buttered Melba toast with touches of honeycomb, oak. Dry & full-bodied, mouth-filling with fleshy ripe fruit and creamy texture, lovely smooth acidity and spicy oak for the finish. Yum!
Seared tuna Benedict (replace the eggs with tuna!), or wood-smoked trout with horseradish cream, or a creamy vitello tonnato.
