Darling Cellars is situated on the west coast of South Africa between Malmesbury and Darling. The cool and temperate west coast climate lends itself to a different micro and mesoclimate which, along with the different types of soil, lead to unique grapes, which are then guided into unique wines. The Darling Cellars Sweet White NV has many layers of tropical hints, honey and pear notes on the nose. This is floral and fruity sweet wine blend of Muscat and Chenin Blanc that is supported by a fresh acidity. A perfect summer daytime drink!
