Malherbe Family Wines proudly present a collection of eight varietals, each bearing the Malherbe Family name. Crafted with dedication and passion, these wines embody the spirit of connection. They have exclusively created The Conservation Collection in partnership with Mark Boucher and The Boucher Legacy. An exceptional range of wines that not only honour the endangered mammals under the foundations protection but also contributes R10 from each sale to their conservation efforts. The Conservation Collection Cabernet Franc Merlot 2021 is a blend of two iconic Bordeaux varieties. Merlot brings fruit and elegance whilst the Cabernet Franc adds perfume, spice and structure. This is a full-bodied wine with aromas of blackcurrants, mulberries and a hint of fynbos on the nose. Soft, rounded tannins, well-balanced with a lingering finish.FOOD PAIRING:
