Swartland Winery is situated in the heart of the Swartland, harvesting its grapes from wine farms spread out on the hills around Malmesbury. Over the past 70 years the winery has changed from a cooperative cellar into a private wine company. The Swartland Hanepoot is a fortified white wine made from 100% Muscat de Alexandrie. With flavours reminiscent of the Wilson toffee brand and predominant Muscat, the palate is as sweet and complementary as the bouquet with grapy flavours, raisins, honey.
