Stellekaya Wines is a family-owned boutique winery that hand crafts exceptional wines from select vineyards on the estate in Stellenbosch. The Stellekaya Hercules 2021 is comprised of predominantly Sangiovese with a small portion of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a medium bodied red wine with cherries, plum, raspberry, and cherry tomato characters. The palate mimics the red cherry and soft plum aromatics and is slightly tinged with tobacco spice and leather. Expect a vibrant acidity, smooth soft palate, and savoury finish. Enjoy slightly chilled.
