Winemaker and owner Suzanne Coetzee, explains that Nuiba Wines was named after a farm in Namibia where she grew up. The Nuiba First Post White 2021 is a pale-yellow straw colour with green flashes when held up to the light. From entry, this zesty white wine is a total joy. The palate shows lively green apple and citrus with a soft mid-palate and a refreshing finish. Fabulous Sauvignon fruit, sweet limes, melon, mango. The Semillon gives it weight in the palate and well-integrated oak, to add a rich creamy taste. A perfect food wine.
