Nitida, based in the Durbanville area is a well-loved family owned and run boutique cellar. Although not intentionally award driven, there is no denying the status of their boutique wines. The Nitida Golden Orb Sauvignon Blanc 2020 shows off its voluptuous, full palate with pineapple, litchi and white peaches, and light touches of herbs and citrus. This white wine is a phenomenal food wine, perfectly paired with pork fillet on a bed of creamy mushroom risotto.
