Purchased by Italian, Giulio Bertrand, in 1992, Morgenster is a family estate based in the heart of the Helderberg. The Morgenster Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a delicious example of a young Cabernet. Rich red fruit flavours abound, black currants, cherries, and plums. Some classical Cabernet traits are already evident in the lush, cassis concentrated fruit and capsicum, with eucalyptus mintiness also playing a part. A complex red wine that serves as the perfect accompaniment to any dinner party.
