With vineyards rooted in the finest Stellenbosch terroir, their modern-style wines are a true reflection of varietal character and fruit definition. The Ernst Gouws & Co. Chardonnay Unwooded 2021 is textured and creamy white wine. Ripe South African citrus aromas of tangerine, orange and kumquat are further complimented by notes of pineapple and white peaches. An unwooded style of Chardonnay, displaying elegance and finesse, and a creamy mouthfeel.
