PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Embracing the philosophy that a biodiverse and ecologically sensitive environment produces infinitely better grapes; proprietors Wendy and Hylton Appelbaum have established De Morgenzon as a 91-hectare garden interspersed with 55 hectares of carefully tended vineyards where abundant wildflowers flourish between the vines. The DeMorgenzon Maestro Blue 2021 is a red wine blend of Syrah/Shiraz, Durif, Grenache, Mourve`dre and Malbec. This wine has notes of red and black berry fruit, white pepper and spice. The palate is finely structured, showing an array of ripe fruit and floral undertones, with a lingering aftertaste.
