PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
A salty or coastal style on the nose, developing to dried earth and cooked ham. Sweat peat is apparent on the palate, then comes allspice, brown sugar and a smokey barley style. The finish is long with a pulled pork sweetness, peated barley and charred oak.
