PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
On release it has a pale lemon-green colour and intense aroma that recalls fresh citrus and tropical fruit. Bright and steely dry in flavour, but with a light to medium bodied mouth feel and lingering acidity all in perfect balance.
FOOD PAIRING:
Most types of fish, especially shellfish, also buttery/creamy dishes.
