Very deep ruby; riot of red and black berry aromas – loganberries, red cherries with red plums and plum pudding. Showy and fruit forward, expansive, but firmly anchored by dry tannins, structured to age. Fine wine.
Roast springbok leg with cranberry glaze, or ossso bucco and saffron rice (don’t forget the gremolata!), or crispy roast duck.
