White Wine

Although generally lighter in both style and taste than red wine, white wine satisfies many different tastes and moments. This is because there are just so many different white grape varieties grown around the world and, of course, so many different winemaking techniques available to make these grapes shine. On the whole, the majority of white wines are dry (although there are sweeter exceptions); they can be variously mineral and crisp, rich and wooded, fruity and fresh, and so much more.
