Single Malt Whisky

Single Malt Scotch whisky is one of the most prized spirits in the world, and much of that comes from the precise and simple distillation process. Distilled in a copper pot still in a single distillery from just barley, yeast and water, Scotch single malts are complex, powerful and draw on the romance of the dramatic Scottish landscape. As with all Scottish whisky, a single malt must be distilled in oak casks for at least three years and a day.
