Delivery Policy

We use a prefered courier company for orders outside of Cape Town. Orders are dispatched daily Monday - Friday. All orders are specially packaged to ensure they arrive safely at the Final Destination.

Cape Town:

Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm

Delivery Door to Door

Subject to your order not containing a specially sourced or out of stock product.

A delivery fee of R75.00 is applicable to orders under R500.00 delivered within the Western Cape

South Africa:

Orders are dispatched Mon-Friday and delivered Mon-Fri. The courier company does not deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.

A Delivery Fee of R95.00 is applicable to orders outside of the Western Cape below R1000.00

Outerlying areas which are not major centres, A major centre is Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban can take a further 5-7 business days to be delivered.

*Some specialty liquors may require 10-14 days for delivery subject to no delay.



Event and Party deliveries 20km outside of Cape Town will be subject to a delivery charge and quoted accordingly.


South Africa:


R95.00 Delivery Fee is applicable per order if you order 1 bottle or 1000 bottles

Orders are delivered Monday – Friday (Excluding public holidays 09:00am – 17:00pm)

Unfortunately the courier companies do not deliver on weekends and public holidays for orders outside of Cape Town.

If a public holiday falls next to a weekend, the order will be delivered the following business day.

Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 Business Days from dispatch and all orders are door to door *Terms & Conditions Apply

Upon Dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.

Delivery Fee: R95.00 per order regardless of the size of order

*Terms & Conditions apply as some products have a fixed shipping price due to the volumetric weight.

Orders for outside of Cape Town are dispatched twice per day Monday - Friday. *Subject to the area and no delays from 3rd Parties

If An order is placed before 16:00pm Monday - Friday it will be dispatched that same day subject to clearance of funds. If it is placed after 16:00 it will be dispatched the following day.

Orders for outside the Cape Town area placed on a Friday after 16:00 will only be dispatched the following Monday.

Outerlying and Regional areas can take up to 7 business days to be delivered.


We will accept order via phone, Email and online where payment can be made via EFT and Credit Card.

Delivery will not take place until proof of payment has been received and the funds have cleared our business account.

Delivery policy

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivered with an average of 3 days with the use of our preferred courier company. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers delivery could take an extra day.

Orders are delivered door to door only and we do not use the South African Postal service.

Back Order: Should a product not be available for immediate delivery, it can take anywhere from 10-21 days for delivery, however you will be notified via email by a member of our customer service team.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User's chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Cancelled orders:

On the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider's standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Returns / Refund Policy

What do I need to do to return an item/s will accept goods that you would like to return subject to receiving a notification by email within 24 hours of the goods having been delivered to the address you requested us to deliver them to when you bought them. Contact us by going to our contact page and submitting the item/s you would like to return. We will arrange to have the item/s collected. Please ensure that you receive confirmation that we received your communication within 1 working day to make sure that the 24 hours are not exceeded.

If you notify us after the 24 hour period you will have to send the item back at your cost. If the item is repaired or replaced under the manufacturers warranty the transport costs will be refunded and the new item will be sent to you free of charge.

Refunds will be processed the same method we received payment.  EFT to the same bank account or the same Credit Card you used to purchase the items with.

Please note that all items must be in there original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. Please check them when you receive them.

We will not accept returns of broken bottles once the parcel has been signed for by you or the recipient.
