Rhone Blend

The southern French region of Rhone is warm and sunny – just like South Africa. This means that Rhone blends are popular here, and can include any of Shiraz, Carignan, Cinsaut, Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, as well as some of the white grapes Viognier, Roussanne or Marsanne. The wines are fruity and multi-layered thanks in no small part to the variance of the components.
