Reposado Tequila
Reposada means ‘rested’, so these tequilas are aged for a minimum of two months (but less than a year) in oak barrels of any size. And this means that all the younger, wilder flavours prominent in a blanco tequila are a little more ‘chilled’ and refined in a reposada.
