Nitida, based in the Durbanville area is a well-loved family owned and run boutique cellar. Although not intentionally award driven, there is no denying the status of their boutique wines. The Nitida Wild Child Sauvignon Blanc 2023 rewards drinkers with flavours of fresh green asparagus, green pepper and grassy notes. These are all typical of the Durbanville terroir. Putting a portion of the wine into barrel, makes for a wonderful coating of the acidity while leaving enough freshness to make this wine utterly enjoyable and a fabulous companion to food.
