FOOD PAIRING:
Nose: Lots of mixed fresh fruit, sherry-bread, lardy cake, plenty of oiliness.
Palate: Sweet arrival and remains relatively sweet throughout. Spicy almost peppery before the broad malt softens towards a pastry butteriness.
Finish: Medium - long. The spiciness ramps up on the finish with a a very mild chili note and dark, dark chocolate with some funk and residual fruitiness.
