PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Deep straw; intriguing aroma combines baked apples, warm hay with celery for freshness. Dry & full-bodied, still youthfully taut, with loads of fruit waiting in the wings. Big wine, should burst into life in 2022.
FOOD PAIRING:
Chicken and spicy chorizo oven bake, or tagliatelli putanesca (bacon, anchovies, olives, capers), or a fully-loaded Mexican taco.
