Craft Ale

Ale is a style of beer that uses a warm fermentation method (usually between 15°C and 24°C), which results in a beverage that’s sweeter, with a more full-bodied and fruity taste. Of course, there are plenty of different craft ales, with a wide variation in flavour – brown ales are lightly hopped with a nutty flavour; India Pale Ale (or IPA) is heavier on the hops; and golden ales are lighter in flavour, with a balance between malt and hops.
