Bonnievale Wines comprises of four production cellars whose cumulative histories go back centuries. The cellars process grapes from 100 member farms in the Breede River Valley in the district of Robertson. The Bonnievale River Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh and crisp with a slight flinty undertone, this white wine delivers tropical fruit flavours balanced by subtle herbaceous notes.
