Apple Cider

The drink fermented from apples comes in different guises – the English version is dryer and higher in alcohol, while the French style is lighter and sweeter. And then there’s everything else in between! Any type of apple can be used in the making of cider (check out Sxollie’s Granny Smith and Golden Delicious varieties) and, naturally, the fruit used will have an impact on the flavour.
